The easy way to keep up to date with your health information.

What is a Patient Portal?

Patient portals are secure, convenient online tools that you can access from your own computer. It can help you to manage and keep track of you and your family’s health 24/7.

Use it to check blood results, request repeat prescriptions, email reception, and ask a nurse or doctor a question.

It’s safe, easy to use and a great way to keep tabs on your health whenever you need to.

To sign up for a patient portal, first talk to your GP to see if their practice is offering the service. If it is, they will then get you set up with a secure username and password.

After signing up, you’ll have access to a range of different tools that you can use to manage your health. Depending on what your GP has included, you could do anything from checking medical records to getting prescription repeats.

As your patient portal is an extension of your GP’s current services, you can trust that it is secure, your information will remain totally confidential and your portal is protected by your own unique password.

When you’re finished using your portal, simply log out of your account.
