It sits alongside our clinical Patient Health Information Privacy Statement, which covers the health information we hold as your medical centre.

Please do not send medical, clinical, or confidential health information through our website forms. If your enquiry is clinical, please phone us on 07 854 0189.

Information we collect through this website

When you use our online booking / contact request or enrolment enquiry forms, we collect the details you choose to provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message. We only ask for information needed to respond to your enquiry.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry, arrange a call back, or follow up on an enrolment request.
  • To contact you using the details and preferred method you provide.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use website enquiry details for marketing.

How form submissions are handled

Our website is hosted by Netlify, and online form submissions are processed and stored securely through Netlify’s form service so our team can respond. Information is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Netlify may store this data on servers outside New Zealand; by submitting a form you consent to this transfer for the purpose of us responding to you.

Cookies and analytics

This website may use cookies or similar technologies to help the site function and to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies will not stop you from using the core parts of the site.

Keeping information secure

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you provide from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. Enquiry information is kept only as long as needed to deal with your request and meet our legal and professional obligations.
